Creation & sharing rules

Dashboards can be created and published in the tab Dashboards, or can be displayed at a site level in the Sites details pages.

Once a dashboard is created, it can be shared in several ways :

  • Shared accross the account: a dashboard shared within the account will be displayed to all users. Each user will see on the data he has rights on.
  • Shared user by user: give read, write and admin rights.
  • Shared publically: a public link can be created so that your dashboard can be seen by whoever has the link, without being an Opisense user.

Types of graphics

Each dashboard can be freely composed by different types of graphics available in Opisense. You can choose to create a graphic based on the data uploaded in Opisense or based on external data.

Graphics based on Opisense data:

  • Pie chart
  • Timeseries
  • Benchmark
  • Heatmap
  • Value
  • Correlation
  • Maps

For each graphic you will need to choose the time frame and the data of your data sources. You will be able to choose the variables, aggregations and units.

Graphic based on external data:

  • Power BI
  • External web site
  • Image
  • Free text

Graphics management

Graphics can be displayed in 5 different size on your dashboard, and you can easily manage them thanks to the action bar on their headers.
