As mentioned in the release note 4.02, all SMS notifications will fail as for now, until the manager of an account configures the Plivo settings in the account config page.
To configure the Plivo settings:
- Go on https://www.plivo.com/
- Create an account
- On the dashboard, AuthID and AuthToken must be displayed
- Buy a number on the tab "Numbers"
- Use those information on Opisense setting -> Sms configuration
